With the arrival of longer days, blooming flowers, and warmer weather, spring is the perfect reminder to give our homes a little extra attention. A few simple checks now can make a meaningful difference in safety, comfort, and peace of mind as we head into the new season.
Test Your Smoke and Fire Alarms: Spring is an ideal time to make sure your alarms are working properly.
* Press the test button to confirm they’re functioning. * Replace the batteries if they’re weak or outdated. * If your alarms are more than ten years old, consider replacing them for better reliability.
Refresh Your Air Conditioner Filter: Before the summer heat arrives, take a moment to check your AC filter.
* A clean filter helps your system run more efficiently. * It improves indoor air quality, which is especially helpful during allergy season. * Regular maintenance can extend the life of your unit and help keep energy costs down.
A Little Spring Maintenance Goes a Long Way: These quick tasks help keep our homes safe, comfortable, and ready for the months ahead. When we stay proactive as a community, we help protect not only our own households but our neighbors as well.
Wishing everyone a bright, fresh, and safe start to spring.

Final day to submit your payment.:
This is a reminder that next Friday, February 20, is the final day to submit your payment for the January 2026 dues bill.
As presented during the community meeting on February 10, the Board of Directors is moving forward with replacing our current Management Company, Hawthorne. A new provider has already been selected, and we expect the transition process to begin in March.
If you delay submitting your payment, it may be lost during the transition. At this time, we cannot guarantee how payments will be handled once the current Management Company is no longer providing services.
If you have set up an automatic payment service for your dues, we strongly recommend deactivating it as soon as possible to avoid misdirected payments.
We will share the new Management Company’s information by mail and email as soon as it becomes available.
As always, if you have questions, please visit millstoneridge.org and use the contact form.
