Spring Update and Pool Opening:

I hope this letter finds you enjoying the beautiful spring weather. As we enter the warmer months, I wanted to share some important updates and upcoming events in our neighborhood.

I’m excited to announce that our community pool will be opening on May 11th! It’s a perfect time to enjoy some refreshing swims and soak up the sun with friends and family. The HOA is in the process of updating our security system to ensure proper usage of the pool area this summer.

To recognize and celebrate Earth Day, neighbors are invited to join us for a clean up the neighborhood event. We will meet at the pool parking lot at 1pm on Sunday, April 21st and set out to clean up our neighborhood, pick up trash, and engage in activities that promote a cleaner and greener environment. I invite all of you to join us in making a positive impact on our community.

I want to remind everyone about the importance of maintaining our homes. If you have mold on your siding, please schedule a power wash to keep our neighborhood looking its best. Let’s work together to ensure our homes are in top condition. If you have branches hanging over the sidewalk in front of your home, please trim them back.

Lastly, I kindly ask that we all refrain from disposing of yard waste in common areas. Proper disposal helps keep our shared spaces clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Thank you for being wonderful neighbors, and I look forward to seeing you when the pool opens and Earth Day event!

Mail theft:

Good evening neighbors,

It has been brought to my attention that there have been a few recent incidents of outgoing mail theft. Please be vigilant and keep a watchful eye out not only for ourselves, but our wonderful neighbors as well.
In addition to keeping an eye out for suspicious activity, here are a few additional tips that might help enhance the security of outgoing mail:

Use a Secure Mailbox: Consider using a mailbox with a lock to prevent unauthorized access to your outgoing mail.

Drop Mail at the Post Office: If possible, drop important mail directly at the post office or a secure postal collection box.

Schedule Mail Pickups: If you’re mailing something valuable, you can schedule a pickup with the postal service to ensure it’s collected directly from your home.

Consider Electronic Communication: Whenever possible, consider using electronic methods for communication and bill payments to reduce the need for physical mail.

By working together and staying informed, we can help create a safer and more secure neighborhood for everyone. Wishing our neighbors a safe and joyful holiday season.

Best regards,
Wendy Lewis

Pool Access

For your security, do not open the pool gate for strangers, even if they claim to be from this community.

Access to the pool area is controlled by a security system based on identification cards. These cards are about the size of a conventional credit card. Each card contains a microchip with a unique identification number linked to your house address. A card reader is located to the right side of the pool gate lock. To access the pool area, touch the card reader with your card. Please use the contact form below to inquire for more information or request a new card. Replacement cards will be subject to a fee.

Important: activation of your access card may take up to 72 hours.
