Important Reminder About Pool Usage:

We would like to remind everyone about proper pool usage. If you live in the community and are up to date with your semi-annual dues, the pool is yours to enjoy. It is an extension of your home, and just as you wouldn’t open your front door to strangers, you should not allow unauthorized individuals into the pool area.

Recently, we have received several requests from residents of surrounding communities asking for permission to use our pool. However, because they are not members of our community and do not contribute annual fees to maintain the facility, they are not permitted to access the pool area.

Some individuals have even offered to pay a membership fee, but as a nonprofit entity, we are legally prohibited from selling goods or services for profit. Others have attempted to approach the pool gate, hoping that a distracted resident might unknowingly grant them access.

Once again, we want to emphasize: while in the pool, do not open the gate to strangers—even if they claim to be your neighbor. Ensuring pool security is essential for your safety and enjoyment of our community.

Pool Opening and Facility Updates:

We are pleased to confirm that your pool will open tomorrow, Saturday, the 10th, at 7:00 AM for your enjoyment.

Regarding the Men’s bathroom, which was recently vandalized, it has been thoroughly cleaned and is now functional. However, the wall and lavatory remain damaged. We recommend using the outdoor showers to wash your hands if needed.

Additionally, on Monday, the 12th, in the morning, two bathroom exhaust fans will be replaced. Workers will be entering and exiting the area during this time, so you may wish to plan your visit for the afternoon to avoid any inconvenience.

We are also excited to share that we have purchased and installed a new set of umbrellas for your comfort. As a friendly reminder, please close the umbrellas before leaving the pool area to help maintain them in good condition.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to another great season at the pool!

Pool Access

For your security, do not open the pool gate for strangers, even if they claim to be members of this community.

Access to the pool area is controlled by a security system based on identification cards. These cards are about the size of a conventional credit card. Each card contains a microchip with a unique identification number linked to your house address. A card reader is located to the right side of the pool gate lock. To access the pool area, touch the card reader with your card. Please use the contact form below to inquire for more information or request a new card.

Important: Replacement cards will be subject to a fee. Activation of your access card may take up to 72 hours.
